 YachtsOfStuff.com is a boat part and marine accessory exchange web site. Boaters and Businesses can post boating items on YachtsOfStuff.com that they "Need" or have "For Sale". Posting are active for 90 days or until its part match is complete.

| "Needed" Boating items can be posted for Free. The only requirement is the user must be registered on YachtsOfStuff.com.

| "For Sale" Boating items can be posted for a fee. Requirements for posting "For Sale" items are:

1. YachtsOfStuff.com registered user
|
|
|
2. Logged on to YachtsOfStuff.com
|
|
|
3. Purchase and have available "For Sale" posting credits for your account.

| "For Sale" Posting Credits can be purchased individually or bundled into a Posting Subscriptions. Posting Credits are valid for 1 year from date of purchase and can be used at any time during that year. For-Sale Posting Rates

Part Match - Users can search, browse and click on postings to request a "Part Match". Email is sent to the poster alerting them of the inquiry. Messages regarding the part match can be exchanged using YachtsOfStuff.com messaging or the matchers can release personal info (telephone, email) to communicate.
NOTE TO SELLER: A part match to a "Needed" item requires the seller to have an unused, "For Sale" posting credit available (purchased). If the part match is declined, the "For Sale" posting is posted for other users to view and purchase.

| Private - Posters information is limited to username, region and rating on the YachtsOfStuff.com site. YachtsOfStuff.com does not sell or share any of your personnally identifiable information.
