Base mount is a universal joint - allows installation on a surface of any angle. 1-1/4 x 11ga. (.120 wall) marine stainless tubing. All stainless fittings and fasteners. 3/8 yacht braid tackle with sufficient rope for 12' lift. Optional winch and storage bag.
