YachtsOfStuff.com goal is complete customer satisfaction.

Product bought from YachtsOfStuff.com may involve items that are drop-shipped from a supplier. YachtsOfStuff.com will act to expedite and facilitate claims between the customer and supplier when requested. YachtsOfStuff.com will use the supplier's terms and warranties for product claims and returns.

Warranties and Claims stated on product information posted on YachtsOfStuff.com may change at any time without notice.

Return of any "Clearance" item sold by YachtsOfStuff.com is at YachtsOfStuff.com's sole discretion. In general, all sales are final on "Clearance" items.

All request for return or refund must be made within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise stated.

YachtsOfStuff.com or its suppliers may charge a re-stocking fee for returned items.

In case of error or omission in an item's description, the buyer may be eligible for a refund as a sole remedy.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.

Customers must receive authorization before returning any items.
